

Spaghetti with Red Clam Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 bag Clam Meat, Cooked or Clams, Hard Brown*
- 3 Tblsn Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic - thinly sliced
- 2 Anchovy filets
- 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1/2 cup White wine
- 1 28 Oz Can San Marzano tomatoes (whole)
- 1/2 Cup Parsley (chopped)
- 1 tspn Salt & Pepper
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Boil pasta according to package. Drain and set aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, anchovies, red pepper flakes, oregano and 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. Cook/stir until garlic is lightly golden (about 1 minute). Add wine and cook until reduced by half (3 minutes). Add tomatoes and cook - stirring occasionally until the sauce thicken slightly (about 5-7 minutes).
Add clams, parsley. Add all to pasta and add remaining olive oil and cheese. Toss all.
