Shrimp Cakes

In Portugal known as Rissóis are a breaded pastry shaped as half-moon, usually filled with shrimp and then deep fried. Rissóis are usually eaten cold, as a snack or as an appetizer, but can also be a main course, usually served with rice and/or salad.

Ingredients: Dough [water, WHEAT flour, breadcrumbs [WHEAT flour, water, salt, yeast), sunflower oil, pasteurized EGG, salt]: Filling [water, 15% peeled SHRIMP, WHEAT flour, sunflower oil, 4% SHRIMP, salt, shrimp broth [salt, corn starch, sugar, yeast extract, olive oil, dehydrated SHRIMP, flavor, onion, colorings: ammonia sulphite caramel, Beta-apo-8'-carotenal (30), spices), onion, spices, garlic]. May contain traces of fish, celery, milk, soy, mustard and molluscs. Free from any ingredient genetically modified.
