Squid Rings
There are few appetizers more satisfying than a dish of lightly battered and fried squid (calamari) rings, especially when served with parsley, lemon, and a spicy marinara sauce. Or, few salads more flavorful than a blend of grilled or simmered squid rings, whole squid or cooked and cut tentacles served with crunchy bell peppers, sweet cherry tomatoes, zesty red onion, olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt and pepper.
Ingredients: Giant Squid (Dosidicus gigas), acidity regulators: sodium citrate (E331) and citric acid (E330); salt.
