Linnane and Company opened for business in 1997 with a single purpose and mission: offer only the best fresh and frozen Australian lamb to every customer every time, including the finest grocery stores, markets, restaurant groups, and food service distributors in the industry.

Linnane & Company expanded their business to include Seafood in 2012. Imported directly from Portugal, ALVOR seafood products are individually quick-frozen and packed according to our exacting standards and specifications to ensure that the quality is superior and the taste is exceptional.

The name ALVOR is derived from a small fishing village in the Algarve region of Portugal and all our products come from sustainable fisheries.

ALVOR products include ethnic items such as Octopus, Sardines, Horse Mackerel, Red Fish, Hake and Dry Salted Cod. In addition, we offer more traditional products such as Seafood Mix, Squid Rings, Cooked Mussel Meat, Cooked Clam meat and much more.
